Auto Parts Retail Specialist

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
- Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and securing money/deposits.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification.
