Data-Driven Product OptimizationAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing our business analysts to ensure all teams have the right data and insights to make informed decisions

You will ensure that all departments request the correct information and data points, guarantee comprehensive tracking for data to be captured and analyzed effectively, and demonstrate familiarity with tracking systems and tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Utilize Reporting ToolsYou will demonstrate proficiency in Power BI, including exporting tables and creating visuals to explain data insights company-wide, and familiarity with typical analytics tools such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners like Adjust.
Strong Analytical SkillsYou will have a numbers-driven mindset with robust analytical capabilities, a degree level or similar in a numerical field or with a statistical background, and 3+ years of experience in a senior business analyst role, ideally within a BI or data-focused department.
Experience and SkillsYou will have excellent communication skills in English and German, the ability to synthesize data from different sources into actionable insights, and a proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling business-critical tasks independently.
