Are you eager to be part of a professional community that fosters the growth of Selling Partners' enterprises? Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH is seeking Account Managers to enhance its Marketplace Team, providing support to Sellers in the DACH region.

Currently, over 58% of global purchases from Amazon's platforms are attributed to third-party sellers. Our clients have access to an extensive selection of more than 100 million unique products available on Amazon.

This extensive variety is made possible by the numerous entrepreneurial third-party businesses that list their offerings on the Amazon Marketplace.


Your responsibilities will center around driving business acquisition by cultivating Selling Partner relationships, conducting business assessments, and facilitating their entry into the FBA (Fulfilment By Amazon) program, thereby ensuring their product range is accessible to Amazon customers throughout Europe.

Moreover, you will spearhead various dynamic projects and initiatives across the organization, enhancing the experience for both sellers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Selling Partners in identifying additional growth opportunities and expanding their businesses internationally, utilizing Amazon to broaden their product offerings to customers.
  • Oversee a portfolio of Selling Partners, guide them through their setup process, and help them comprehend Amazon's services and tools to optimize their business management.
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators for your Selling Partner portfolio, providing insights into the underlying causes for performance enhancements.
  • Gather continuous feedback from Selling Partners to evaluate performance against objectives and boost seller satisfaction with Amazon.
  • This role involves direct sales and recruitment and requires fluency in both German and English.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing (such as e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with procurement and source-to-pay processes in small to medium-sized enterprises.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, especially at the executive tier.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach or equivalent experience.
