Job Title: Compliance Manager/Senior Manager

Verbatim Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager/Senior Manager to join our team in Berlin. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Global VP of HR.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee and implement robust compliance policies and procedures across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the efficient and compliant on- and offboarding of employees.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on compliance matters.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
