Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Monteur to join our team. As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechatronic assembly of machine components and groups
• Install and commission our packaging machines worldwide, ensuring successful machine acceptance by customers
• Explain machine functionality to international customers, provide training, and conduct acceptance tests
• Identify and implement assembly optimizations and improvements, creating documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Completed technical training as a mechatronics engineer with several years of experience in machine assembly and commissioning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong interest in international customer projects and travel
• Ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and quality awareness
• Basic knowledge and interest in control technology
• Proficiency in English and additional languages a plus
