Job Description

As a Lead Assembly Technician at Syntegon Technology, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the assembly of components and machinery as part of customer projects. Your responsibilities will encompass mechanical and electrical assembly, machine installation and commissioning, comprehensive customer training, and meticulous documentation creation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of technicians in the assembly of complex machinery.
  • Execute precise mechanical and electrical assembly procedures according to technical specifications.
  • Install and commission machines on-site at customer locations, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide expert training to customers on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Generate detailed documentation for assembly processes, installation procedures, and customer training materials.

Your Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a technical apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician.
  • Proven experience in machine assembly and commissioning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively train customers.
  • A strong understanding of control technology principles and applications.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while additional language proficiency is highly advantageous.
