Sungrow Europe is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Munich. As a key member of our European operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational maintenance of our public cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and security.
- Monitor and address technical challenges to ensure online business operations are secure, stable, and efficient.
- Build and maintain infrastructure toolchains for operational maintenance, including secondary development.
- Process security alerts and compliance audits for the cloud platform.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of O&M experience.
- Proficient in operating and managing AWS platforms, with hands-on experience with EC2, NLB, VPC, RDS, EMR, MSK, S3, and other public cloud products.
- Familiarity with container technologies and big data technology stacks; able to self-diagnose issues related to container orchestration, deployment, and big data clusters.
- Mastery of Linux system principles and operations; knowledge of shell scripting and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Golang, Java, Vue, and React is preferred.
- Able to integrate different data sources and proficient in writing PromQL.
- Fluent in Chinese and English and able to participate in technical discussions with teams at headquarters in China.
