Digital Continuity Project Leader (d/f/m) for Airframe Stress. This role is situated within the Integration & Stress Airframe & Installation department, which is in need of a specialist in airframe stress to oversee the digital continuity processes associated with this field and its various interfaces. The individual will be responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and validating digital continuity in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless integration of different interfaces.Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and enhance the digital continuity strategy for Airframe Stress
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the strategy
- Execute modifications in an agile framework
- Focus on customer requirements and operational effectiveness
- Lead projects with an emphasis on delivering business value
- Evaluate technical risks associated with implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related discipline
- Experience in IT/IM and artificial intelligence applications in engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages and database management systems
- Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- Understanding of stress analysis and lightweight structural design
- Project Management experience, ideally within a Scaled Agile Framework
- Analytical skills coupled with effective communication abilities
- Fluency in English and German
