MAKE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
LGM Digital, established in 1991, invites you to contribute to the evolution of our international Safety platform. You will engage in the upkeep of existing certified systems while also embarking on new initiatives as outlined by our Study Office.
As part of the German division of LGM Digital, your role will involve enhancing our collaborative Safety platform across France and Germany, maintaining certified systems, and spearheading new projects defined by our Study Office.
Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT WILL YOU DO?
Your primary objective will be to manage the risks linked to the operation of complex systems and ensure the safety of all stakeholders involved in their design, usage, or maintenance.
HOW WILL YOU ACHIEVE THIS?
- By integrating RAMS requirements into the comprehensive design, development, and qualification processes;
- By conducting or revising Preliminary Risk Analyses;
- By consolidating Failure Analyses;
- By delivering studies on availability, reliability, maintainability, and security, along with necessary documentation;
- By developing RAMS methodologies and implementing RAMS quantification tools;
- By executing predictive reliability assessments;
- By performing failure analyses (FMEA, FTA, etc.);
- By drafting reliability and safety documentation;
- By making recommendations for product enhancements based on analyses, participating in design reviews, and contributing to the Operational Safety process;
- By assisting in the determination of maintenance tasks (both corrective and preventive) based on reliability analyses and FMEA results, and aiding in the formulation of the Maintenance Plan.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational safety is required.
- A genuine enthusiasm for exploring complex systems to identify potential risks and failures, along with a commitment to conducting thorough RAMS analyses and sharing your expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate and lead discussions, ensuring a clear understanding of client expectations.
- A strong desire to engage in the dynamics of the operational safety team at LGM Digital to tackle professional challenges.
- Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of German is a valuable asset.
