Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

Are you seeking a position where your project management and consulting expertise can make a significant difference? Do you excel in collaborating with stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior management? Are you adept at transforming strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes? If so, the opportunity as a Project Management Lead (m/f/x) within our PMO team could be the ideal next step in your career. Leveraging your skill set, you will oversee comprehensive strategic planning and reporting across the organization. Additionally, you will be accountable for executing strategic and internal consulting initiatives across various business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning cycle at both the business unit and departmental levels, from bi-annual planning sessions to monthly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and key milestones.
  • Organize, facilitate, and document monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.
  • Assume full responsibility for projects from inception through execution, managing risks, issues, and change control while ensuring consistent communication with the project team.
  • Oversee project team members and serve as the primary liaison to all stakeholders and involved departments.
  • Provide recommendations for solutions to address challenges.
  • Continuously enhance the PMO department's processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role or as a management consultant.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, with German language skills being advantageous.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including C-level and senior management.
  • Consulting Skills: Experience in advising and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical and analytical approach.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving outstanding results and willing to challenge the status quo with confidence.
  • Accountability: Proactively embrace new challenges and take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle.
