Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Belange bezüglich der Anforderungen von FSC/PEFC/EUTR/EUDR.
  • Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Implementierung und Einhaltung verschiedener gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Rahmen der europäischen Gesetzgebung, insbesondere der EUDR.
  • Sie überwachen die Lieferanten hinsichtlich der Erfüllung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen.
  • Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von regulatorischen Dokumenten für Behörden mit.
  • Sie sind in den Warenbeschaffungsprozess von Eigenmarkenprodukten eingebunden.
  • Sie unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung in verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Sie haben verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in den genannten Bereichen mit.
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Produkt- und Warenkenntnisse.
  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und Grafiksoftware.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten aus.
  • Sie sind bereit, regelmäßig zu reisen.
  • Sie bringen Organisationstalent mit.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich.
