Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) Import Department - Private Labels

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick
  • Interner und externer Ansprechpartner für alle Belange bezüglich der Anforderungen von FSC/PEFC/EUTR/EUDR
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Einhaltung verschiedener gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Zusammenhang mit der europäischen Gesetzgebung, insbesondere der EUDR
  • Überwachung der Lieferanten hinsichtlich der Erfüllung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von regulatorischen Dokumenten für Behörden
  • Mitwirkung im Beschaffungsprozess von Eigenmarkenprodukten
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in den genannten Bereichen
  • Produkt- und Warenkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Grafiksoftware
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
  • Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
