The Evangelisches Stadtjugendwerk Reutlingen (esjw) is a non-profit organization that provides youth services and community outreach programs in the Reutlingen area. We are a collaborative effort between the Evangelische Gesamtkirchengemeinde Reutlingen, the CVJM Reutlingen e.V., and other local organizations.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Worker/Social Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the well-being and development of young people in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs that promote the well-being and development of young people
- Work with local community groups and organizations to identify and address the needs of young people
- Provide support and guidance to young people in areas such as education, employment, and personal development
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement community outreach programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience in youth work or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
