Role Overview Are you an emerging talent eager to launch your career through an international assignment with a prominent organization? Transdev Group is on the lookout for a * VIE Enterprise IT Architect to be based in Berlin, Germany. Since 1998, Transdev has been the foremost private rail passenger operator in Germany, revitalizing regions by tailoring services to meet passenger needs. Our operations encompass 20 contracts for Operation & Maintenance, covering 55 million train kilometers for 118 million passengers annually, supported by a fleet of 472 trainsets.* Key Responsibilities The VIE Enterprise IT Architect will be tasked with: Developing and implementing an IT Architecture strategy while enhancing Enterprise Architecture. Collaborating across IT, IT-Security, GDPR, and Business Process domains. Establishing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and guidelines. Leading the evaluation and selection process for new Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT architecture with organizational objectives. Providing insights on IT architecture, including emerging technology trends and best practices. Assessing and refining existing IT architecture for innovation and improvement. Documenting IT architecture components for comprehensive organizational understanding. Supporting the implementation of IT security protocols and GDPR compliance. Aligning IT architecture with business processes to optimize operations. Offering leadership and mentorship to IT teams for ongoing enhancement. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree specializing in IT Architecture. Essential Skills Strategic Thinking Analytical Skills Problem-Solving Effective Communication Leadership Abilities Adaptability Collaborative Spirit Technical Proficiency (BPM tools, IT systems) Language Proficiency Full proficiency in English is essential. Basic knowledge of German is advantageous. Additional Information This role reports to the CIO of Transdev GmbH.-
