Role Overview As a VIE Enterprise IT Architect, you will embark on an exciting international career opportunity within a dynamic organization. This position is based in Berlin, Germany, where Transdev has established itself as a leading private rail passenger operator. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the IT architecture strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities The VIE Enterprise IT Architect will be tasked with:- Developing and implementing an IT architecture strategy while enhancing the Enterprise Architecture.
- Collaborating across IT, IT-Security, GDPR, and Business Process domains.
- Establishing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
- Leading the evaluation and selection process for new Enterprise Architecture tools.
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure IT architecture aligns with organizational goals.
- Providing insights on IT architecture, including emerging technology trends and best practices.
- Reviewing and optimizing existing IT architecture for innovation and improvement.
- Documenting IT architecture components for clarity and organizational understanding.
- Supporting the implementation of IT security protocols and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Aligning IT architecture with business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Offering leadership and mentorship to IT teams for ongoing development.
- Master’s Degree specializing in IT Architecture.
