Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of aerospace parts, identifying and evaluating suppliers, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for aerospace parts, ensuring compliance with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, developing strategic partnerships to meet business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase orders, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to drive product development and cost-effective designs.
- Optimize purchasing processes and maintain market knowledge through interactions with international suppliers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Educational background in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with various commodities related to the aerospace industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
