About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PTB Ingenieure GmbH. As a key member of our environmental planning department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of plans and reports to identify quality assurance requirements for permit documents
  • Approve or reject documents based on quality standards and document performance descriptions
  • Select and review sample documents and guidelines using suitable methods
  • Verify the efficiency of planning processes throughout the planning cycle and adherence to quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to the department leadership
  • Develop and implement quality improvement measures
  • Support the development of environmental concepts and strategies
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of individual environmental components of permit planning (landscape maintenance plan, species protection law, NATURA 2000)
  • A keen eye for detail and a result-oriented approach using guidelines and sample documents
  • Basic knowledge of environmental law (especially BNatSchG)
  • Practical experience with MS Office and routine use of MS Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork, reliability, flexibility
  • Class B driver's license
