Technical Leader of Grünstadt Plant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Leader to join our team at PreZero Polymers in Grünstadt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the operational business, overseeing the technical, administrative, and finance departments, and driving the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational business and ensure the successful execution of our strategy
  • Oversee the technical, administrative, and finance departments and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Manage the P&L of the Grünstadt plant and ensure cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Manage operational staff and personnel planning
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor market and competition trends
Requirements
  • Technical engineering studies or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English; other languages are an asset
  • Several years of experience in the control, operation, and maintenance of spreading and recycling systems, preferably in the plastics/extrusion/V-production field
  • Strong management experience in analyzing operational data and budgeting
  • Proficient in common software applications, including MS Office and SAP
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a confident and assertive demeanor
  • High level of initiative and organizational talent, with a structured and analytical approach
