Aufgabenbereich

Als Lead Consultant SAP FI/CO spielst Du in unserem Unternehmen eine bedeutende Rolle. Du berätst das Management und die Leitungsebenen unserer Kunden über die unterschiedlichsten Branchen hinweg. Du übernimmst innerhalb von SAP (S/4HANA) Implementierungsprojekten eine Schlüsselrolle für die fachlich erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projektes und bist Ansprechpartner der Projektleitung, des Projektteams und des Kundenmanagements bei anspruchsvollen bzw. hochsensiblen Fragestellungen im Kontext von SAP Financial Accounting (FI) bzw. SAP Management Accounting (CO).

Deine Aufgabe beinhaltet insbesondere:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Transformation ihrer aktuellen ERP-Landschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt SAP Financial Accounting (FI) sowie SAP Management Accounting (CO) - primär in Verbindung mit SAP S/4HANA.
  • Du verantwortest die Arbeitspakete in den verschiedenen Projektphasen bei SAP (S/4HANA)-Implementierungsprojekten oder im Application Management. Das bedeutet, Deine vielseitigen Tätigkeiten reichen von der Konzeption, Implementierung (Customizing), Migration, Funktions- und Integrationstests bis hin zu Schulungen der Produktivbetreuung und dem 2nd-level Support.
  • Führung von fachlichen Teams im Kontext der beschriebenen Arbeitspakete in den verschiedenen Projektphasen
  • Zentrale Rolle bei der Generierung und Absicherung von neuem Business
  • Mitwirkung in Bid-Teams zur Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Angeboten
  • Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitung
  • Wesentlicher Beitrag in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Junioren im Kontext SAP Financial Accounting (FI) bzw. SAP Management Accounting (CO)

Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen SAP FI/CO Consultant, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von SAP-Implementierungsprojekten unterstützt. Du solltest ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, -Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung besitzen und mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung haben. Du solltest Kundenverantwortung übernehmen und exzellente Erfahrungen in der Beratung und in der fachlichen Steuerung von Projekten haben.

Folgende Punkte ergänzen Dein Profil:

  • Herausragende methodische Kenntnisse im klassischen als auch agilen Projektumfeld
  • Sehr gutes integratives Systemverständnis und exzellentes Wissen in der Implementierung (Customizing) kundenrelevanter Prozesse im SAP Financial Accounting (FI) und SAP Management Accounting (CO)
  • Nachweislich mehrjährige verantwortungsvolle und gestaltende Mitarbeit in (S/4HANA)-Implementierungsprojekten oder im Application Management
  • Ausgeprägte Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnisse sowie Verständnis für die neuesten SAP-Technologien (SAP-HANA, Cloud-Lösungen etc.)
  • Talent Cross Selling Chancen zu erkennen und wahrzunehmen
  • Freude an der Beratung unserer externen Kunden und damit verbunden eine Reisebereitschaft (mind. -%)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (CEF-Level C1 bzw. B2)
