Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kundenberater Inside Vertrieb, der unsere Kunden langfristig zu erfolgreichen Partnern macht und dafür sorgt, dass ihre Zufriedenheit nachhaltig hoch ist. Eine anschließende Weiterempfehlung unterstreicht deinen Erfolg.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du startest Rückgewinnungsprozesse und glänzt durch einen erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Du analysierst Kundendaten gründlich, um eine mögliche Abwanderung frühzeitig zu erkennen und ergreifst präventiv gewinnbringende Möglichkeiten, um diese zu verhindern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Onboarding- und Expansion-Team zusammen, um gemeinsam kundenorientierte Verbesserungen voranzutreiben. Auch zur Produktentwicklung hast du einen engen Draht.
  • In unserem kollektiven Support beantwortest du Anfragen unserer Kunden per E-Mail und bist die freundliche Stimme am anderen Ende der Leitung bei telefonischen Supportanfragen.
Was du benötigst
  • Erlebnisse in den Bereichen Sales, Account Management oder Customer Success.
  • Die Zufriedenheit und langfristige Bindung von Kunden steht für dich an erster Stelle. Gleichzeitig gelingt es dir, eine gute Balance zu den Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
  • Du analysierst komplexe Situationen genaustens und ziehst viel daraus, aus Problemen lösbare Herausforderungen zu machen. Außerdem hast du den Markt im Blick und weißt, was den Mehrwert in unserem Produkt ausmacht.
  • Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker und empathischer Mensch, dem es leicht fällt, anderen zuzuhören und für bestehende Probleme starke Lösungen zu präsentieren. Außerdem bist du sicher darin, auch schwierige Gespräche erfolgreich zu meistern.
  • Du kannst dich eigenverantwortlich organisieren und liebst es, deine To-Do's immer im Blick zu behalten. Außerdem hast du eine hohe Eigenmotivation und übertreifst die Erwartungen sowohl unserer Kunden als auch deine eigenen jeden Tag aufs Neue.
