Position Overview
The role involves the efficient setup and adjustment of extrusion machinery along with associated equipment, ensuring adherence to defined specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring and modifying extrusion machinery and auxiliary devices as per established guidelines.
- Overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality and output standards.
- Feeding machines with necessary raw materials for production.
- Utilizing advanced scanning and automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems for documentation purposes.
- Communicating any equipment failures or required maintenance to the immediate supervisor.
- Supporting the cleaning, upkeep, and repair of production machinery.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., plastics engineering technician, industrial mechanic, or similar).
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in extrusion technology.
- Competence in MS Office and SAP software.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment with a focus on quality.
- Exhibiting a high degree of responsibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in a continuous shift schedule.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
