Extrusion Machine Operator

About the Role

FRESENIUS KABI is seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team. As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of extrusion lines and peripheral equipment, ensuring optimal production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and reconfigure extrusion lines and peripheral equipment according to predefined parameters
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and quantity standards are met
• Supply machines with raw materials
• Document production processes using modern scanning and AGV systems
• Report equipment malfunctions and required repairs to direct supervisors
• Contribute to the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed technical vocational training (e.g., Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststofftechnik, Industriemechaniker, or equivalent)
• Technical understanding, preferably of extrusion lines
• Strong MS-Office and SAP skills
• Proficiency in document management systems
• Fluency in German language, both written and spoken
• A clean and efficient work style, with a strong focus on quality
• A high sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Willingness to work with varying schedules and in a continuous shift system
• Excellent teamwork skills and high levels of engagement
