Your Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the complete contract lifecycle, from inception to conclusion
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers and partners
  • Evaluating and quantifying economic and legal risks
  • Ensuring compliance of contracts with company policies and legal standards
  • Organizing and maintaining contract-related documentation and records
  • Guaranteeing that current contracts are accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure contracts fulfill operational needs
  • Engaging with external partners and suppliers regarding contractual issues
What Should You Bring?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, economics, law, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and comprehensive knowledge of contract management
  • Excellent time management skills, along with an independent and solution-focused approach
  • Strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, along with persuasive skills
