Supply Chain Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Engineer to join our team at Advantest Europe GmbH. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing, quality, and reliability of technically challenging PCAs throughout the outsourced supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise in PCA design, production, and automated test
  • Perform cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, R&D, Product Engineering, Finance, and Strategic Procurement
  • Manage and drive PCA supplier selection, auditing, qualification, and development
  • Resolve technical issues on PCA level
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or equivalent
  • Profound knowledge of design, manufacturing, and test of PCA with at least three years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent analytical skills in solving technical issues, both remotely and with partners
  • Strong team-player with ability to work across different cultures
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Strong self-management, coordination, and communication skills
