- Oversee the TMO Team on a daily basis, ensuring that team members effectively support, structure, and manage transformation implementation.
- Assist the Senior Vice President of Global Transformation in various transformation-related activities.
- Act as the primary point of coordination across functions and regions for transformation initiatives, personally leading the execution of specific transformation streams.
- Establish and implement optimal transformation practices, procedures, and quality objectives throughout the team.
- Leverage comprehensive project knowledge to identify synergies among projects, assess cross-project dependencies, and evaluate associated risks, requirements, and opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly Steering Committees, Owners, and Project Managers.
A background that counts: your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Production/Logistics Management with an emphasis on process/project management.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international program management and leading a line organization.
- Proficient in business English.
