Job Summary

The Project & Program Manager will play a key role in supporting the implementation of transformation initiatives and projects, acting as a single point of coordination across functions and regions. This position requires strong project management skills, with a focus on ensuring project results are measurable and linked to the P&L as real EBITDA contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of dedicated transformation streams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
  • Implement best transformation practices, procedures, and quality objectives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Identify and exploit synergies among projects, evaluating related risks, requirements, and opportunities to maximize value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Steering committees, Owners, and Project Managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in international program management and leading a line organization.
  • Strong collaborative and team attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target and quick results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Multi-project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on approach, with a willingness to work closely with teams and stakeholders to drive results.
