About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at aventa Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in finance or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
