As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of Europe's largest parcel network, helping us deliver around 400 million packages annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for a specified group of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and manage timekeeping data to optimize payroll processing and minimize errors.
  • Maintain and update master data and electronic personnel files to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Prepare and deliver payroll reports for the designated area of responsibility, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle document management and general correspondence, reviewing contract documents and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide expert advice on social security and tax law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage social security and accident insurance reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or similar education, preferably with further training in payroll accounting.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in payroll accounting, with a strong understanding of income tax, social security, and collective bargaining law.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll software and systems, including SAP HCM and ATOSS.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high reliability, teamwork, and independent, structured work.
