**Your Contribution**

We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing monthly payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing support to employees and management through our ticket system (Alice).
  • Maintaining and updating personnel data in our accounting system (SAP HCM).
  • Issuing certificates and notifications to health insurance companies and authorities.
  • Supporting the HR Service Team in creating employment contracts, amendments, and certificates.

**What You Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in creating and processing payroll and related processes.
  • A completed education, such as a degree in personnel management.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor, social security, and tax laws.
  • Initial experience with SAP HCM and Workday.
  • High performance, reliability, and self-motivation.
