Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Partner to drive our technological expansion and play a pivotal role in aligning IT services with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Transformation: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business strategy, processes, priorities, challenges, and opportunities, while representing business interests within the IT department to ensure alignment of IT strategy and services with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Responsible for the disciplinary management, development, and evaluation of two team members.
- IT Needs Translation: Translate business requirements into IT needs, facilitating the delivery of IT solutions that meet business expectations, while supporting change management and ensuring effective communication and support for IT initiatives and projects.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships and align communication between IT and business stakeholders, collaborating with IT Business Partners and teams to share best practices, insights, and solutions within the organization.
- Performance and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance and value of IT services, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT within a corporate environment, including (initial) leadership experience.
- Fluent in (written and spoken) German and English.
- Skills Needed for Success in this Role:
- Technical Expertise: Possess a broad knowledge of IT systems like SAP, IT processes, and methodologies.
- Communication: Combine excellent communication with interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
