Key Responsibilities- Develop and Improve CRM Roadmap: Collaborate with senior CRM management to develop and continuously improve the CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive Database Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive database growth, partnering with relevant teams such as Martech, Data, and Product Marketing.
- Implement Customer Communication Channels: Scope and lead the implementation of new customer communication channels and improvements to existing ones, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Develop Data-Driven Customer Journeys: Design and implement data-driven customer journeys across various stages of the user lifecycle, maximizing customer engagement and retention.
- Implement A/B Testing Strategies: Collaborate with the data and martech team to implement A/B testing strategies, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
- Perform In-Depth Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis for relevant customer segments and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement Personalization Strategies: Scope and implement personalization strategies for MAGIX within CRM, ensuring tailored customer experiences.
- CRM Experience: Proven experience in using CRM platforms such as Emarsys or Salesforce, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
