Aufgaben
  • In dieser Rolle im Bereich Corporate Finance analysieren und modellieren Sie Finanzprozesse und -methoden.
  • Sie tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung in Bezug auf Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung bei.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachlichen Anforderungen der P2P-, O2C-, R2R- und/oder Financial Statement Closing-Prozesse und gewährleisten eine unternehmensweite Koordination. Dabei entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit anderen Abteilungen Konzepte, die international umgesetzt werden.
  • Sie erstellen, entwickeln und überprüfen Process Performance Indicators (PPI), die als Grundlage für Prozessoptimierungen dienen.
  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner bei Projekten und unterstützen mit Ihrem Fachwissen bei Veränderungen von Systemen.
  • Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen Corporate Finance, Steuern und IT.
Qualifikationen
  • Sie haben ein Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Steuern, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder -informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder in einer Unternehmensberatung mit.
  • Zudem haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen in der Optimierung und Gestaltung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen gesammelt.
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO oder S4/HANA sowie in BPMN 2.0.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne in Projektstrukturen und können Ihre starken Analysefähigkeiten sowie Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise gezielt einsetzen.
  • Sie verstehen systematische Zusammenhänge, können komplexe Informationen adressieren und konzentrieren sich auf die Entwicklung neuer Lösungen.
  • Sie zeigen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Schaffenswillen sowie die Bereitschaft, neue Technologien einzusetzen.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Auslandsreisen runden Ihr Profil ab.
