We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Specialist at WR Wohnraum AG. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day business transactions in the financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable systems.
  • Monitor payment deadlines and process payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Generate and update reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a degree in finance or a related field.
  • Experience in property management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork, motivation, and organizational skills.
  • High level of self-organization, reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
