In the role of People Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of employee management, encompassing the entire lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Work closely with our Talent Management and Culture Team to foster a thriving workplace and promote employee well-being.

  • Oversee all HR administrative functions from initiation to conclusion
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and information
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Draft employment agreements, separations, and various HR documentation
  • Contribute to the development of processes and organizational structures
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation
Your Qualifications
  • Relevant educational background or degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Prior experience in HR administration with a solid grasp of employment laws
  • Strong accountability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and well-organized
  • Adaptable, resilient, and highly driven
