Job Description

  • Provide strategic advice to management
  • Support employees in various HR matters
  • Manage recruitment processes within the designated area
  • Oversee company agreements and policies
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates
  • Handle applicant management and selection processes
  • Participate in various HR projects
  • Maintain master data and manage documentation

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on HR or relevant commercial training
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or Recruiter is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Desirable English language skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
