Lead Consultant in Financial Management - CCH Tagetik (m/f/d)

Collaborating closely with colleagues from the SAP & Finance Transformation Solution Line, you will work hand-in-hand with our clients to shape the transformation of their financial functions—from conceptual development to implementation. You will assist in digitizing business processes and representing them in modern BI systems, making a significant impact on the success of our clients' digital transformation.

Focus Areas - As an experienced consultant specializing in Finance & Controlling, you will be the primary contact for CFOs and finance leaders, translating strategic objectives into business concepts for corporate governance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing planning processes and defining and implementing solutions for corporate governance, consolidation, and reporting. You will also sharpen your focus on technologies, particularly regarding the CCH Tagetik software solution.

Your Responsibilities
With your expertise in CCH Tagetik software, you will provide guidance and support to our clients. Your active contributions will include:

  • Developing integrated solutions for corporate governance, planning, consolidation, and reporting, considering both business and IT aspects.
  • Technical design, implementation, and support during the go-live phase of consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions based on CCH Tagetik.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of our service portfolio.
  • Actively supporting the acquisition of new projects.
  • Possibility of taking on project and team leadership roles.

Your Profile
  • You will become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) with a successfully completed degree in Business Administration (or a comparable field) with a focus on Finance, Controlling, and/or Business Informatics.
  • You have gained several years of relevant professional experience (at least 2 years) in a consulting firm or an industry company.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of CCH Tagetik software.
  • You are passionate about the financial management of companies and the possibilities of digitization and automation in controlling and accounting.
  • Your knowledge of consolidation, planning, and group reporting, as well as in the controlling environment, is advantageous for this position.
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge in defining and programming interfaces to SAP or similar ERP systems and DWH systems.
  • You may have already gained initial project management or leadership experience.
  • You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and in a hybrid setup of remote work and travel.
  • Your excellent German and English language skills complete your qualifications.
