Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing construction initiatives in civil engineering, roadworks, and sewer systems
  • Coordinating site operations in collaboration with commercial teams and managing subcontractors
  • Planning the utilization of machinery and equipment, preparing work, and executing tasks on-site
  • Ensuring adherence to technical and economic performance standards
  • Guaranteeing compliance with safety protocols
  • Tracking construction progress and liaising with site management
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in construction, with further qualifications as a foreman or site manager
  • Proficient knowledge in civil and road construction
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a skilled trade
  • Dependability, commitment, and enthusiasm
  • Strong teamwork abilities, adaptability, and capability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license Class B
