Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Procuros GmbH. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by closing high-value outbound deals with leading retailers across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic, high-value customers.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize the pipeline, ensuring that qualified leads are efficiently nurtured and converted into successful deals.
- Apply your technical expertise to deeply understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Contribute to the development of our sales playbooks, processes, and overall strategy, helping to shape the future of our sales organization.
- Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine and elevate our sales strategy, establishing a scalable sales funnel that leverages both your efforts and the support of BDRs.
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scaleup, with a proven track record of generating and nurturing a healthy pipeline, particularly through outbound efforts.
- Successful experience in closing six-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise customers, particularly within the retail sector.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex products and concepts, including APIs and other technical integrations.
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a talent for educating and guiding customers through complex sales processes.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team.
