About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Support Agent to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our global services provider, you will be responsible for implementing online advertising campaigns, analyzing marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online advertising campaigns for B2B clients
- Analyze marketing campaigns for existing customers and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
Requirements
- Experience in social media and/or digital marketing
- Native-like Dutch language skills (C2 level) and very good command of English (B2 level)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
