About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and managing engineering schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain engineering schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and schedule status
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering schedule management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project planning and management, with a focus on engineering schedules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
