Subsystem Project Planning Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subsystem Project Planning Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engineering schedules, ensuring consistency with overall project schedules and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide visibility into engineering schedule status, highlighting critical issues and proposing solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project schedules are met.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project planning and execution.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights to project stakeholders.
About You:
