Wir suchen nach einer Werkstudentin, die unsere Team unterstützt und gemeinsam mit uns Lösungen für die Herausforderungen im Bereich des Gebäudebetriebs und der Gebäudebewirtschaftung entwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei anfallenden Aufgaben im Bereich des Gebäudebetriebs und der Gebäudebewirtschaftung.
  • Du erteilst Aufträge, hältst Ausführungstermine nach und unterstützt im Abrechnungsprozess.
  • Du erarbeitest Inhalte für Austausch- und Kommunikationsformate und visualisierst diese.
  • Du arbeitest mit am Ausbau unserer Systemlandschaft und übernimmst die Anlage und Ausführung von Testfällen.
  • Du trägst dazu bei, die Abteilung Corporate Real Estate weiterzuentwickeln und hast ein offenes Auge und Ohr für Digitalisierung von Prozessen.
