Your Role as a Salon Business Development Partner at Aveda

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success within the salon industry. Your expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management will be instrumental in building strong partnerships with salons and promoting the Aveda brand.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage your assigned territory independently, cultivating relationships with existing and potential salon partners.
  • Provide expert business consulting and support to salons, helping them achieve their goals through strategic planning and implementation.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring effective product placement and distribution within salons.
  • Identify and acquire new salon clients, expanding our reach and market share.
  • Collaborate with salon staff to deliver engaging product training sessions, enhancing their knowledge and expertise.
  • Promote the Aveda brand through compelling presentations and demonstrations, showcasing its unique values and offerings.

Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in sales or training, ideally within the hair cosmetics industry.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, flexibility, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
