**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee designated properties in the specified regions
  • Manage technical services provided by subcontractors
  • Foster relationships with clients and tenants/users
  • Maintain documentation within the CAFM system
  • Participate in energy management initiatives
  • Assist in commercial transactions and proposal development
**Candidate Profile**
  • Degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAFM systems
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
