• Evaluating preliminary plans from clients for completeness, inconsistencies, and adherence to building and technical standards
• Formulating and negotiating contracts with engineers and planners
• Organizing and establishing planning project environments
• Coordinating and overseeing planning workflows between project and specialist planners through phases 1 to 8 in conjunction with the execution project leader/site manager
• Guaranteeing the punctual execution of contractually required services and suggesting sustainable, cost-efficient alternatives
• Facilitating timely plan transfers
• Assisting in claims management processes

• A degree in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in planning coordination, design, and execution planning, preferably with a background in construction/project management and project control
• In-depth knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and engineer/planner contract law
• Familiarity with scheduling software (preferably MS Project)
• Experience with accounting and calculation software (preferably RIB-ITWO) is advantageous
• Ability to work independently, systematically, and with a focus on objectives
• Strong technical and economic acumen along with a sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities and assertiveness
