Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Head of QC Project Management and Services für unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm.

Aufgaben:

  • Leitung des Bereichs "QC Project Management and Services" und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter in diesem Bereich
  • Projektmanagement (z.B. Produkttransferprozesse auf internationaler Ebene, Validierungen, Qualifizierungen, etc.)
  • Management von Stabilitätsstudien inkl. Bewertung von Stabilitätsprotokollen/-studien
  • QK Logistik (AP-Anlage, Gaslagern, Umzug in neue Laborbereiche)
  • Leitung der SAP/IT-Projekt-Gruppe in der QK
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des QK-internen Trainee Programms
  • Leitung / primärer Ansprechpartner für die Themen Qualifizierung und Methodenvalidierung (QK-übergreifend)
  • Analytische Methoden Transfers: Koordination, Kommunikation intern/extern, Design (Plan, Bericht, Akzeptanzkriterien)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der galenischen Entwicklung bei qualitätsrelevanten Änderungen von Formulierungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einstufung und Bewertung von Wirk- und Hilfsstoffen, sowie deren Handhabung unter Berücksichtigung pharmakologischer und toxikologischer Eigenschaften
  • Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit bei Behördeninspektionen/Durchführung von Audits bei Lohnherstellern und Lieferanten
  • Mitwirkung an der Planung und Etablierung von Verfahren und Techniken zur Durchführung einer zulassungs-/registrierungskonformen Analytik von Ausgangsmaterialien, Halbfertig- und Fertigwaren in den Laborgruppen
  • Planung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung, Modernisierung und Rationalisierung der Techniken und Organisation innerhalb des Aufgabenbereichs

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

  • Studium der Pharmazie, Approbation als Apotheker bzw. Erfüllung der Sachkenntnis als sachkundige Person nach AMG § 14 entsprechend AMG § 15, i. d. R. mit Promotion
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Pharmaziebereich. Bevorzugt Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle/Pharmaindustrie
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse über die Eigenschaften von Arzneiformen und in der Analytik von Wirkstoffen in komplexen Systemen
  • Idealerweise tiefgehende Kenntnisse der Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (GMP, GLP)
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (digitales Labor), auch im Bereich SAP/S/4 Hana) sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im QK Projektmanagement bei der Einführung von IT Systemen im GxP regulierten Umfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit regulatorischen Behörden
  • Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Führung von Laborgruppen
  • Gewissenhafte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Arbeit und Teamarbeit; Geschick in der Anleitung, Motivation und Führung qualifizierter Mitarbeiter; Innovationsfreudigkeit und technisches Interesse
