Director of Quality Control Project Management
Daiichi Sankyo Europe is seeking a motivated professional to oversee our Quality Control Project Management and Services division at our operational facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the QC Project Management and Services division, providing strategic leadership to the team
- Supervise project management tasks including international product transfer activities, validations, and qualifications
- Lead and evaluate stability studies, ensuring adherence to protocols
- Facilitate analytical method transfers and partnerships with formulation development teams
- Conduct thorough evaluations of active and auxiliary ingredients
- Prepare for regulatory audits and inspections at production sites and supplier locations
- Engage in the development and execution of compliance procedures for analytical testing
- Strategize enhancements and modernization efforts within the department
Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmacist certification with a background in quality control within the pharmaceutical sector
- Fluency in both German and English
- Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and complex systems analysis
- Experience with quality management frameworks such as GMP and GLP
- Strong IT competencies, including familiarity with digital laboratory systems and SAP/S/4 Hana
- Prior involvement in GxP-regulated IT system implementations
- Experience collaborating with regulatory bodies
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing laboratory personnel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a sense of responsibility
