Sales Support Manager

Job Overview:

FXXL Franz GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Manager to assist the sales manager in daily tasks and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Manager: Provide administrative assistance to the sales manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate Work Areas: Organize and assist in coordinating the work areas of all employees, maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an overview of the product range and merchandising, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Sales Advisor: Act as the responsible sales advisor for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Completed training in retail/sales or relevant experience, with a strong background in customer service and sales support.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience in leadership or team management is desirable, with a proven track record of success.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer and service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Player: Motivated and creative, with a willingness to take on new projects and contribute to the team's success.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
