About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at Fahrrad XXL Franz GmbH. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Manager in various tasks and responsibilities.

• Assist the Sales Manager in daily tasks and activities
• Organize and support the coordination of sales activities among team members
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers
• Offer product recommendations and share expertise on our products, representing Fahrrad XXL Franz GmbH authentically

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a completed education in retail or sales, preferably with prior experience in sales or team leadership. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be motivated and creative, and have basic computer knowledge. Your work style should be flexible, independent, and customer-focused.
