YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed degree or vocational training with further qualifications
  • Several years of experience in retail or initial leadership experience in a decentralized setting
  • Strong customer orientation, commercial awareness, adaptability, and resilience
  • Sales-driven and self-motivated

  • Complete accountability for performance, sales, expenses, and inventory in your area
  • Full oversight of all roles within the store team, ensuring a collaborative management style

  • Implementing sales strategies, including team training initiatives
  • Managing inventory, product movements, and strategic planning
